How is the "per employee" fee calculated?

The per-employee fee is only charged for *active sponsored employees* managed within the system during the billing cycle. Employees who have left or whose sponsorship has ended do not count towards this fee.

Yes, you can easily switch your billing cycle at any time within your account dashboard. Changes to the plan will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

If you exceed the limit (e.g., 50 employees on the Pro plan), the system will prompt you to upgrade to the next tier or contact you to discuss an Enterprise solution.
