How is the "per employee" fee calculated?

The per-employee fee is only charged for *active sponsored employees* managed within the system during the billing cycle. Employees who have left or whose sponsorship has ended do not count towards this fee.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, you can easily switch your billing cycle at any time within your account dashboard. Changes to the plan will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

What happens if I exceed my employee limit?

If you exceed the limit (e.g., 50 employees on the Pro plan), we will automatically upgrade you to the next tier or contact you to discuss an Enterprise solution.
